Your Guide To Bimini, Bahamas

Your Guide To Bimini, Bahamas

If you are in Florida, this is your sign to book a trip to Bimini! It's a short 2 hour ride on the ferry and then boom you are in paradise!

Take the Baleria ferry from Fort Lauderdale! It's about $400 round trip and its a quick trip over. The ferry is a bit shaky but take some nausea pills and you'll be okay!

So what are the details? Let's jump right in!

Where to stay? Resort Word

Bimini is a very small island, it consists of a small strip of lodging areas called Resort World. Here you'll find your Airbnb's, vacation homes, and a few hotels. Literally a few...

I lodged at the Hilton which is perfectly zoned between the ferry and the activities on Bimini Island. It's best to rent a golf cart because the island is very small. A car rental is not needed.

What to do?

I'd definitely say that there isn't much to do on the island but relax, eat, casino, and go to the beach. There are a few water sports but for the most part the island is very quiet. We stopped by the Dolphin House which a very popular tourist attraction. It was 100% built by a native on the island who used items from Bimini to create a beach house. It's very unique!

Visit Radio Beach!

I never thought I'd encounter a beach MORE clear than Turks and Caicos! This is a close second. I mean they are nearly neck and neck. The water in Bimini is so blue, it was one of the bluest beaches I've ever encountered. It was stunning! The beach has a small bar and a few places to order food from. You can rent a cabana and CHILL!

So the next time you want to get away with your boo or need a place to clear your mind, check out BIMINI! Be sure to tell them I sent you!
